Lemora Travel ("we", "us") is the controller of your personal data. We are a small business registered in Georgia, based in Tbilisi. You can reach us at info@lemora.travel.

When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes you add.

For business bookings we may also collect a company name, VAT number and billing address. We also keep records of your bookings and your communications with us.

Card payments are processed by our secure third-party payment provider. Your full card number is entered on the provider's secure page — we do not receive or store your full card details.

We retain only limited transaction information (such as a payment reference and the amount) needed to manage your booking, refunds and accounting.

We use your data to provide and manage your transfer, confirm and communicate about your booking, provide customer support, process payments and refunds, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We may send you service messages relating to your booking. We will only send marketing messages where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

We share your data only as needed to provide the service: with our payment provider to process payment, with our chauffeurs to carry out your transfer, and with service providers who help us operate — including our customer-relationship system (HubSpot), communication tools (email and, where used, WhatsApp) and website hosting.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers are located outside Georgia, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. If you are in the European Union, these rights arise under the GDPR.
